What is the typical shipping timeframe for heavy tile orders?

Standard orders typically process within 2-3 business days. Due to the weight of the material, freight delivery generally takes 5-10 business days depending on your location.

Can I return unused boxes of tile?

Yes, we accept returns on unopened, full boxes of tile within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Do you offer samples before I commit to a full order?

Absolutely. We offer swatch samples for most of our collections so you can verify the color, texture, and finish in your home's unique lighting before purchasing.

What should I do if my tile arrives damaged?

While we package our tiles securely, breakage can occur during transit. Please inspect your delivery immediately and report any damage with photos to our support team within 48 hours for a replacement.

Are your tiles suitable for both floors and walls?
