At The Tile Shoppe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home renovation projects. If you have over-ordered or selected the wrong style, you may return unused, full-box items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the specific quantity of full, unopened boxes you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Secure the Packaging
Carefully repack your tiles in their original manufacturer packaging and secure them to a pallet if necessary to prevent breakage during transit.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided return label to your shipment and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for larger tile orders.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the tiles for damage and confirms they are in resalable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus any applicable restocking fees.
